Terms & Conditions of Sale
Returns
Trysordy has a 14-day cooling-off period for returns and refunds. To receive a refund, please email info@trysordy.co.uk to notify of your return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in sellable condition, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
As all of the Trysordy items are second hand or antique, please review photos and descriptions carefully to understand their condition.
Please consider due to the nature of second-hand items, some degree of general wear and tear is inevitable.
If an item arrives to you broken or faulty, please notify within 48 hours at info@trysordy.co.uk so that a full refund can be processed.
Any fault reported after this timeframe will not be considered for a refund.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should send your product to the address provided E7.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a courier, trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is not of any guarantee that your returned item will be received safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
